It definitely lives up to its name.

I Drank That: Chimay Tripel (White)

My favorite of the Chimays. Clean tasting, yet still maintaining a heavy mouthfeel like the other two.

Drinks at: Perbacco

Burbonmela: Refreshing and slightly sweet.

The Financial: Strong in alcohol content, but not too strong tasting. It had a tongue-number after effect sensation after each sip.

The drinks here were fairly good, but I wasn't a fan of the dishes I got.

Lonsdale: Good and refreshing.

Mayan Express: The prosecco over powered the other elements in the drink.

The Rails: Very good! Although it had no chocolate, it had a very interesting chocolate aftertaste.

I Drank That: Nivole Moscato D'Asti

A bubbly, sweet, and tasty digestif. It's reminiscent of Martinelli's apple cider--but for adults.
